Nord Park Blvd is a dead end road with 1 small court and 1 dead end road
coming off the other end. There is only one way in and out of this community.
Traffic is very light as there are only about 50 houses or so. It is a Neighborhood watch
community. It is a peaceful, quiet, family friendly neighborhood with lots of kids. It's a
great neighborhood to raise a family.

Directions from points east.
Take rt. 25 (Middle Country Rd.) to Middle Island. Turn left at Bartlett rd. (at Spring Lake Golf Course.)
Go past lake and bear Right at fork in road. Go past 1st stop sign (at Strathmore on the green)
Make next right onto Nord Park Blvd.

Directions from points west.
I 495 to exit 64N. Make left on rt. 112. Go to middle country rd. in coram. Turn right on middle country rd.
Take rt. 25 (Middle Country Rd.) to Middle Island. Turn Right at Bartlett rd. (at Spring Lake Golf Course.)
Go past lake and bear Right at fork in road. Go past 1st stop sign (at Strathmore on the green)
Make next right onto Nord Park Blvd.

The schools are all within a few miles,    Smiths point beach is about a 15 minute drive.
North Shore Beaches are about 10 minutes away.  It's about a 1 1/2 hour drive to Manhattan,
And about a 1 - 1 1/2 hour drive to Montauk.
The Port Jefferson to Connecticut ferry is about 15 minutes drive.   The Orient Point Ferry is a 1 1/2 hour drive.
